The conference registration fees include access to all events including the conference reception and banquet. Additional tickets for the banquet will be available for US$ 75. Registrations to Studios, organised on Monday, March 20th 2017 will require an extra registration fee depending on the materials used in each Studio-Workshop. If you would like to join the Studios please select them during the registraton.
Prior to March 3rd, 2017, cancellations will be refunded in full (minus credit card charges). Cancellations received from March 3rd, 2017 through March 18th, 2017 will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after March 18th, 2017.
Use the TEI 2017 online registration system to register for the conference.
If you need VISA to enter japan, please fill out the Special Request form for Japan Visa and return the filled form to registration chairs via email AFTER completing online registration. If you require any special documents to support your VISA, we shall contact you during the process.
