Program <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To provide a virtual TEI\u201921 conference for community members from all time zones, each contribution of the program<\/a> will be presented twice (live and recorded). First, the live presentation will combine a pre-produced video with demos and discussions in Zoom. Then, the recorded presentation will be streamed on YouTube. In the breaks, following each session, presenting authors will be available in the corresponding Discord channels for informal discussions with the audience and further demos (if applicable). Please note that a registration<\/a> is necessary to attend the virtual conference and engage in discussions. More information can be found in the program<\/a> and Discord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q&A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can ask questions by using the corresponding Discord channels. The session chair selects questions during the live program that are posted in the channels. If you are not able to join the live program, you can also leave a question or a comment in the corresponding Discord channels, which can then be answered by the authors during the conference. Please note that it is also up to your participation, to make the virtual conference as engaging as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discord<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make sure you have Discord installed on your device (laptop, tablet or other) or use discord directly on your browser: https:\/\/discord.com\/download<\/a> and https:\/\/discord.com\/app<\/a>. You should have received the actual link to the TEI2021 Discord server with your registration confirmation. Log in as soon as possible before the conference starts to make sure you won\u2019t miss anything. Please log in using your real name, and make sure you have your CVENT registration number and a photo of yourself at hand. Then follow the steps at the channel #registration-desk, where we will assign the according access privileges to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please sign up and make sure that you have installed the latest Zoom client<\/a>. For performance reasons we recommend using the dedicated client application for your platform rather than the web client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to make the TEI\u201921 conference a great experience for everyone, please do not photograph, video, or audio record anyone without their permission, even in virtual spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are unsure whether the incident is a violation, or whether the space where it happened is covered by this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to still report it. We would much rather have a few extra reports where we decide to take no action, rather than miss a report of an actual violation. We do not look negatively on you if we find the incident is not a violation. And knowing about incidents that are not violations, or happen outside our spaces, can also help us to improve the Code of Conduct or the processes surrounding it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not tolerate harassment of our conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other social media.
