General Information for Presenters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To provide a virtual TEI\u201921 conference for community members from all time zones, each contribution of the program<\/a> will be presented twice (live and recorded). First, the live presentation will combine a pre-produced video with demos and discussions in Zoom. Then, the recorded presentation will be streamed on YouTube. In the breaks, following each session, presenting authors will be available in the corresponding Discord channels for informal discussions with the audience and further demos (if applicable). Please note that a registration<\/a> is necessary to attend the virtual conference and engage in discussions. More information can be found in the program and Discord, you will receive the necessary link through CVENT after registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live Presentation in Zoom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Preparation of the session: <\/strong>Presenters and chairs will receive a special Zoom link for panelists, and should log into their Zoom session at least 25 minutes before the session starts. Please make sure that you have a Zoom account and have installed the latest Zoom client<\/a>. Session chairs should check if all presenting authors are present. The admins will assign all necessary access rights to the session chair and all presenters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
