Please check the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dfa.ie\/irish-embassy\/zambia\/our-services\/visas\/visas-for-ireland\/whoneedsavisa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">information provided by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two ways to get visa letters. Please choose one of the two and do not overwhelm the system by doing both.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fastest way is to register to TEI\u201924 online. As a part of the registration workflow \u2013 you will be given instructions to request for the visa letter to be issued by the ACM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otherwise, you can request a visa support letter via email to supportletters@acm.org.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information below should be included with the request:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your name as it appears on your passport.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your current postal mailing address.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The name of the conference you are registering for (TEI\u201924).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your registration confirmation number.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the \u201csole author\u201d or a \u201cco-author.\u201d<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors may indicate their paper title.
