Registration

Interest in participating in TEI'09 has been high. Due to space restrictions, we have only a very limited number of available spaces to attend the conference. If you are planning on attending, please register as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: We are sorry to announce that registration numbers for TEI'09 have reached capacity, and registration is now closed.

If you have already arranged travel to the conference, but had not registered, please contact nvillar [at] microsoft.com as soon as possible.

The registration fees for TEI'09 are as follows:

Student Registration	UK £180.00	UK £280.00

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

The registration fee includes:

• Printed conference proceedings
• Lunch on three days
• Coffee breaks on all days
• Welcome evening reception
• Gala dinner

Please note that this charge is non-refundable in any part, regardless of participation. Student registrants will need to provide proof of student status.

Student volunteers and sponsored attendees: you will be provided with a registration code that will allow you to register at no cost. Please use the link above to access the online registration system and follow the instructions provided.

Accommodation

Update: It is no longer possible to book accommodation through the online registration system, as all pre-booked rooms have now been assigned. Attendees are still able to contact the conference venue (University Arms Hotel) directly, or find alternative accommodation in Cambridge. Some suggestions can be found in the Location section of this site.
