Studio registration fees vary depending on individual studio costs. The prices listed above are the starting costs for each studio, and some studio registration fees might be higher.

Visas

Attendees are advised to contact the nearest embassy, consulate or travel agency for information about the passport and visa requirements from their country for entry to the USA. More information can be found here:https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, the ACM will generate these themselves, so please request your letter of support for the VISA directly to supportletters@acm.org

In this email you should include:

Your Name (as it appears on your passport) and mailing address

The conference name: The ACM International Conference on Tangible, Embedded and Embodied Interaction - TEI 2019

Your registration confirmation number

If you are presenting work in any of the tracks then include the title of that submission.

A fax number or email address where the letter can be sent

They will be checked and sent out by the ACM in the order they are received.

You need to register for the TEI 2019 main conference before your request for an invitation letter can be processed. No invitation letter will be issued until your registration has been completed, processed and paid in full, and the eligibility of your request can be assessed and you have a registration confirmation number. Please note that TEI 2019 will not refund attendees due to visa issues after the cancellation deadline.
