We are looking for motivated student volunteers for TEI 2014. As a student volunteer, you are the face of the conference, assisting chairs, speakers, and attendees in making the conference a success. Your duties include setting up the conference infrastructure, manning the registration desk, assisting speakers, helping conference attendess, and cleaning up after the conference.
In return you will get an awesome TEI 2014 SV t-shirt, free conference registration and materials, free meals and most importantly, a chance to meet and network with established members in the community as well as your student peers.
As an SV you pay for your own travel to and from the conference, housing, and any meals that are not provided as part of the conference. You need to arrive in Munich on Saturday, February 15, 2014 (the day before the conference) and leave on or after Thursday, February 20, 2014.
To apply, you must be an undergraduate, Master, or Ph.D. student at the time of the conference. No previous experience is required. You will commit to work approximately 20 hours before, during, and after the conference.
