All registration rates are in US dollars. Australia has a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% on top of the advertised base rate.

Early Bird Registration closed on 16 January 2020 (AEST).

Note that each accepted submission requires a full conference registration fee to be paid by the early bird deadline. If the person presenting the submission is a first-author student, a student registration fee has to be paid.

It is possible to buy standalone and additional tickets to the Conference Party on Tuesday 11 February. If you are already attending, you can add additional tickets by modifying your current registration. If only attending the Conference Party, it is possible to select this option in the online registration system.

Art Exhibition open to public

The Art Exhibition at the Tin Sheds Gallery is open to the public between 11am-5pm during the conference. Thus, you can visit at no cost from Monday 10 February until Wednesday 12 February.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Registration Chair, by email to

Before 1st January 2020, a cancellation fee of $50 USD (GST-incl) will be charged to cover administration fees. From 1st January 2020, the cancellation fee will increase to $100 USD (GST-incl).
