*** Please note that due to an increase in this year’s programme, as well as registration being limited to 270 attendees, it is advisable, especially for presenting authors, to register for the conference early.

What’s Included in the Full Conference Registration
Access to all main conference activities and events on Monday, 12th February through Wednesday, 14th February 2024 including keynotes, paper sessions, art, performances, demos, and all lunches and refreshments.
Also included are the following items: individual access to the Welcome Reception, individual access to the Conference Dinner. Additional guest tickets for the Conference Dinner can be purchased through the registration system.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received on or before January 14th 2024, are entitled to a refund, minus a €20 processing fee. No refunds will be given after January 14th 2024.
Accessibility
During the registration process, you will be asked about any accessibility needs you might have. Please tell us if there is anything we can do to ensure your participation is barrier-free. We will do our best to accommodate all requests made by January 21st, 2024. Any request after this deadline may be difficult to fulfil depending on the type of request.
