TEI 2016 offers three general levels of sponsorship (Bronze, Silver, Gold Supporter) and the supreme level Platinum Supporter.
Each package can be extended to adapt to your needs.

Platinum Sponsorship - contribution to be negotiated
You would get the Platinum Level of sponsorship for an Event Sponsorship and naming rights on the event. The events available are generally two receptions, several lunches and coffee breaks, a student reception and a Graduate Student Consortium. Naming of events will be decided based on the amount of the contribution and the order received. The price of events vary, but generally exceed the Gold level of sponsorship.Gold Sponsorship €6500
- You will get 3 free registrations for people from your company to attend the conference.
- Your company (with logo and URL) will be listed as a Gold sponsor in all conference announcements, on the advance program, and on the conference web page.
- We will acknowledge your company’s contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
- You will have the opportunity to include material and give-aways with the conference material for each attendee.
- You get the opportunity to showcase promotional material in a booth during all conference days.
- You get the opportunity to have a presentation in the speakerscorner.
Silver Sponsorship €3500
- You will get 2 free registrations for people from your company to attend the conference.
- Your company (with logo and URL) will be listed as a Silver sponsor in all conference announcements, on the advance program, and on the conference web page.
- We will acknowledge your company’s contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
- You will have the opportunity to include material and give-aways with the conference material for each attendee.
- You get the opportunity to showcase promotional material in a booth during all conference days.
Bronze Sponsorship €1500
- You will get 1 free registration for a person from your company to attend the conference.
- Your company (with logo and URL) will be listed as a Bronze sponsor in all conference announcements, on the advance program, and on the conference web page.
- We will acknowledge your company’s contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
- You will have the opportunity to include material and give-aways with the conference material for each attendee.
